Having already been in the industry for 15 years and built up a great reputation with clients and professionals, who continue to return to him for further projects. Mariusz felt it was time to "build" on his skill and knowledge as a trusted tradesman.

This was a very substantial project. Before we acquired the house, it had been used as bed and breakfast accommodation and partly divided into flats. It had not been refurbished for many decades and needed substantial rearrangement. Consequently the interior was largely re-built and re-fitted. It was then completely re-decorated. The property was also entirely rewired and re-plumbed by others, whose work MG Professional co-ordinated with the building works. The project took some three years, including building an entirely new pool house from the ground to architects drawings. General Building worked in close co-operation with me as I project-managed the refurbishment, but he also liaised with the architects who were responsible for the design, and the engineers, who designed the detailed engineering solutions where necessary. Mariusz Gajewski work was always thorough, well organized and executed to a high standard. He supervised his team of up to 14 workmen with admirable skill. He was always willing to find solutions for difficult problems, “No Problem” being his watchword. MG Professional sourced all the materials and plant for our work and developed good relationships with our suppliers. Always eager to please, MG Professional is a delight to work with.
